Crash in FlareManager::RenderFlares when moving objects around in scene view
Editor crashes when moving object in scene view, when scene contains lens flares.
To reproduce:
1. Open project
2. Open scene
3. Select Cube object
4. Move it around until editor crashes
Reproducible: 5.5.0b4
