Crash after fixing the cause of the Safe Mode and returning to the Editor
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “SafeModeCrashRepro.zip” project
2. Enter Safe Mode when prompted
3. Enable Domain Reload Timings in Preferences > Diagnostics > Core
4. Delete the “GameUIController - Copy.cs” and “GameUIController - Copy.cs.meta” files from the Assets\UIToolkitPDP\Components folder in the File Explorer
5. Alt-Tab to the Editor
6. Observe crash
Reproducible with: 2021.3.14f1
Not reproducible with: 2022.1.0a1, 2022.1.23f1, 2022.2.0f1, 2023.1.0a20
Could not test with: 2020.3.42f1 (No Preferences>Diagnostics settings)
Reproducible on: Windows 10
