19.3 and 19.2 verified package version for 'Core RP Library' is behind 19.1 verified package version.
19.3 and 19.2 verified version is 5.2.3 and 19.1 verified version 5.7.2.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project in the latest version of 19.3, 19.2 and 19.1.
2. Go to Windows > Package Manager > Core RP Library
3. Check the verified version of 'Core RP Library' package in all 3 projects created in step 1.
Actual result:
19.3 and 19.2 verified package version for 'Core RP Library' is behind 19.1 verified package version.
19.3 and 19.3 verified version is 5.2.3 and 19.1 verified version 5.7.2.
Expected result:
19.3 and 19.2 verified version is same or ahead of the 19.1 verified version.
