Copying baselib.dll.lib fails when Scripting Backend is IL2CPP and Create Visual Studio Solution is enabled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project (or create an empty project)
2. Select Window/Project Settings/Player and set IL2CPP as Scripting Backend
3. Select File/Build Settings and enable Create Visual Studio Solution
4. Build the Player
Expected result: Build is successful
Actual result: Copying baselib.dll.lib fails
Reproducible with: 2019.4.9f1, 2019.4.19f1
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.31f1, 2019.4.8f1, 2020.1.0a1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.3f1, 2021.1.0b4, 2021.2.0a3
