ContentSizeFitter shows misleading warning about being child of layout even if layout is ignored with LayoutElement
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open default scene
3. Select Text (ProblemPanel1 -> Text)
4. Notice that Ignore Layout is selected on Layout Element component, but warning message is still displayed in Content Size Fitter component
