Constant input from the gamepad when it is not being used
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the "Player Testing" Scene in the attached project "The Great Forge.zip"
2. Enter the Play mode
3. Observe the Game view
Expected result: Game Object "Player" moves when the joystick on the controller is used
Actual result: Game Object "Player" moves without the input of the joystick
Reproducible with: 2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.23f1, 2021.2.3f1, 2022.1.0a15
Notes:
- Tested on both Editor and Windows Standalone Build
- Reproducible with DualShock4, Xbox Wireless Controller
