Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project
2. Make sure Version Control button is available in Toolbar (kebab button on the right > Services > Version Control)
3. Click on Version Control button in the Toolbar
4. Press “Use Unity Version Control”
5. In opened window press “Create Workspace”
6. In “New Workspace” window select “Create Workspace”
7. Observe the Console and “New Workspace” window

Actual results: A warning is thrown in the Console “MismatchingRepositoryProjectMessage”, sometimes an error also appears "assembly <unknown assembly> type: <unknown type>
Expected results: No warnings should be thrown in the Console window

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.62f1, 6000.2.13f1, 6000.3.0f1, 6000.4.0a5, 6000.5.0a1

Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 24.04
