Console shows Internal build system error when the project is opened
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "internal-biscuit-olympics.zip"
Expected result: Project opens up successfully
Actual result: The project opens up with the following error in the Console "Internal build system error. Backend exited with code 139"
Reproducible with: 2021.1.0a6, 2021.1.18f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.17f1, 2021.1.0a5, 2021.2.0b9, 2022.1.0a6
Note:
-If Editor suggests opening Safe Mode click on Ignore
-Workaround is to delete the Library folder and open the project again
