Console errors "Path was empty for:" when calling AssetDatabase methods CreateAsset, CopyAsset, DeleteAsset
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “CopyAssets” project
2. In the Menu bar click on “Bug”
3. Press “CopyAssets”
4. Observe the Console window
Expected result: No Console errors appear
Actual result: Console errors “Path was empty for:” appear
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a19
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.27f1, 2022.3.2f1, 2023.1.0f1, 2023.2.0a18
Reproducible on: macOS Ventura 13.2.1 (M1 Max)

Fixed assert that was being triggered by an non-existing path
