Console errors are shown when generating a PropertyBag for a type with an explicit interface property
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “explicit_interface_property_issue“ project
2. Observe the Console window
Expected result: No errors are displayed
Actual result: Errors with codes CS1520, CS0501, and CS0426 are displayed
Reproducible in: 2022.3.19f1, 2023.2.9f1, 2023.3.0b6
Could not test with: 2021.3.35f1 (feature does not exist)
Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
