Configurable Joint Target Position & Target Velocity are Inverted
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a Capsule and place a configurable joint on it.
2. In X,Y, and Z Drive, change the mode to Position and Velocity and change spring, damper, and force all to 10.
3. In Target Position X, put 1.
4. Uncheck "Use Gravity" on the rigidbody.
5. Press play and notice the object moving towards the -1 X of its axis.
Note: Current workaround - invert Target Position axis (add/remove minus sign).

We decided to close this case for the time being as this is and old case that has low user prevalence while also having a workaround, please if this an important issue for you leave a vote.
