Particle sorting is incorrect with ortho camera with negative near clipping plane when using sort by distance
To reproduce:
1. Open project
2. Change SampleScene Camera projection to Perspective
3. Play 'SampleScene', notice that particles in game and scene view look identical
4. Change Camera projection to Orthographic
5. Play 'SampleScene', notice that particles in game view are not rendered properly(gifs attached)
Reproduced: 2017.1.4p1, 2017.2.3f1, 2017.3.2f1, 2017.4.6f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.0f2, 2018.3.0a4
Note: unexpected behavior appears when Clipping Planes 'Near' is set to a negative number
