Compute shaders writing Buffer/RWBuffer types work as not intended on AMD GPUs
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project("CSBugRepro.zip")
2. Load "SampleScene"
3. Enter Play mode
Expected results: The pattern in the Game View is colored both on AMD and Nvidia GPUs
Actual results: The pattern in the Game View is monochrome on AMD GPUs
Reproducible with: 2019.4.16f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.1f1, 2021.1.0a10, 2021.2.0a1
Note: Does not reproduce when using Structured Buffers

Resolution Note (2021.2.X):
We don't have an API for creating plain Buffers. You can work around this by using StructuredBuffers.
