No
Compute shader compile times are not printed to the Editor.log
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new Unity project from the HDRP template
2. Add SampleScene.scene scene in the Build Settings window
3. Build the project
4. Open the Editor.log file
Expected result: Editor.log contains compute shader compile times
Actual result: Editor.log only contains the shader sizes for compute shaders but not their compile times
