Compiler error CS0433 in Console when compiling using types from the System.Memory namespace under .NET Standard 2.1
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "Study.zip" project
2. Observe the output in the Console
Expected result: No compilation errors are present
Actual result: Compilation errors are present
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0b12, 2022.1.0a8
Could not test with: 2019.4.30f1, 2020.3.18f1, 2021.1.21f1 (.NET Standard 2.1 available from 2021.2)
