CommandBuffer rendered meshes disappears when rendered against the skybox
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project.
2. Open "DeferredDecals > _DeferredDecals" scene.
3. Align the checkered cubes to the skybox with the scene view camera(picture attached).
4. Notice that the checkered cube meshes disappears.
5. Enable "invertedSphere" game object in the hierarchy.
6. Notice that the cubes are visible now.
