[Color Picker] Width of the border of the Alpha Value is not enclosed within boundary
Steps to Repro:
1. Open new project
2. Create Assets > right-click > Create > Material
3. Click on New Material > Inspector > Albedo > Color Picker
Expected Result: Border of R,G,B and A should be enclosed in a proper boundary
Actual Result: Border of A is not enclosed in a boundary
Reproducible on: 2020.2.0a7, 2020.1.0b5, 2019.3.9f1, 2019.3.0a3
Working fine on: 2019.3.0a2, 2019.2.1f21, 2019.1.14f1
Environment: Windows 10
