Collaborate allows filenames on macOS that are illegal on Windows which results in Windows user not being able to update
How to reproduce:
1. Open new project with a Mac
2. Rename Sample Scene to "COM6" or any of illegal Windows expressions
3. Publish it to Collab
4. Try to download these updates from Windows computer
Reproducible with: 2017.4.26f1, 2018.4.0f1, 2019.1.1f1, 2019.2.0a15, 2019.3.0a2
Expected results: more informative error, so the user would know where the issue is
Actual results: "Cannot download entry" error is present
