Collab Window - Error messages outlive their context
Errors from user actions inside the Collab Toolbar outlive their context and keep waiting for user action - they should get destroyed when the toolbar is closed or when another user action succeeds. Error messages should display until the issue they trigger for has been resolved.
We will address this issue as part of our refactoring for our error handling.
