Collab toolbar does not open in the correct spot when not opened from the button
This is what happens when you open the toolbar from the "Collaborate" sub page in the services window. I'm working on adding similar functionality to partial publish, so the same bug will possibly show up when clicked from there.
Repro
- Open a collab enabled project
- Open the services window
- Click on Collaborate
- Click on "Open the collab toolbar"
- Expected:
-- Toolbar shows in the same spot as when you open it using the toolbar button
Actual
-- Toolbar is slightly offset
