[Collab] 'The folder you clicked on is empty.' messages don't disappear until Web Dashboard page is refreshed
To reproduce:
1. Create an empty folder in
2. Publish changes to Collab
3. Open Web Dashboard -> Assets
4. Click on empty folder
Actual: Everytime folder is clicked a couple of 'The folder you clicked on is empty.' messages appears and don't disappear
Expected: Messages should dissappear after some time
Reproduced on Chrome Version 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit)
