[Collab] Mp3 file with a with a specific name is not pushed to collab from the first time
To reproduce:
1. Open project
2. Push to collab
Expected: both files will be pushed to collab
Actual: only one file is uploaded
Reproduced on 5.5.0b10, 5.5.3p4, 5.6.1p2, 2017.1.0b7, 2017.2.0a2
