How to reproduce:
1. Open any Collab project
2. Open the Collab dropdown window
3. Try to write anything into its description text area
4. If text can be written into it, close the dropdown window and repeat steps 2 and 3
Expected result: The description text area responds to keyboard input
Actual result: The description text area doesn't respond to keyboard input
Reproducible with: 2018.4.29f1, 2019.4.15f1
Not reproducible with: 2020.1.14f1, 2020.2.0b11, 2021.1.0a6
Notes:
1. Reproducible on Ubuntu 18.04
2. Not reproducible on Windows 10
3. Versions between 2020.1.14f1 and 2021.1.0a6 use a new "Collaborate" window that doesn't have this issue in the description/summary text area
