[Collab] .collabignore does not ignore directory if it is named identically as the main Assets directory
To reproduce:
1. Open project
2. Push it to Collab
Expected vs Actual: folder 'Some Dir/Assets' should not be uploaded to the cloud
Reproduced: 2017.1.3f1, 2017.2.2p4, 2017.3.2f1, 2017.4.4f1, 2018.1.2f1, 2018.2.0b5
