[Code Coverage] Generating report does not open the directory with report when results path is a relative path
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project by running launching editor with "-enabledCodeCoverage -coverageResultsPath ./cov-res" arguments
2. Start and stop recording
Actual result: Folder which has the project folder is opened (In my case it's Downloads)
Expected result: ./cov-res/Report is opened in Finder/Explorer
Note: if results path is set to an absolute path then it will open report directory correctly
