Cloud Diagnostics and Cloud Build packages in Package Manager don't link to Documentation, Changelog or Licenses or produces error
How to reproduce:
1. Open up any project
2. Navigate to Window> Package Manager
3. Select "Services" instead of "All" in the left top corner
4. Select "Cloud Diagnostics" or "Cloud Build"
5. Try clicking on links to "Documentation", "Changelog" and "Licenses"
Actual result: Error is thrown when looking up Documentation, page is not found when looking up Changelog and Licenses
Expected result: Links function properly, or they are not there at all
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0a15
Couldn't test with: 2020.3.41f1, 2021.3.11f1, 2022.1.20f1, 2022.2.0b12 (Services aren't in the Package Manager)
Reproduced on: Windows 11
Error message: "[Package Manager Window] Unable to find valid documentation for this package.
UnityEngine.AsyncOperation:InvokeCompletionEvent ()"

Resolution Note:
Cloud Diagnostics and Cloud Build packages in Package Manager did not correctly link to Documentation, Changelog or Licenses for a period of time - the root cause has since been resolved server-side therefore this issue could not be reproduced.
