Cloth Sphere Colliders have no effect when they are added during runtime
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("case_1260337.zip")
2. Press Pause and then enter Play mode
3. From Hierarchy select the "Net (1)" Game Object
4. Add "Sphere (1)" to Sphere Colliders under Cloth component
5. Unpause and observe the Game view
Expected result: Sphere collision with Cloth is registered
Actual result: Sphere collision with Cloth is ignored
Reproducible in: 2018.4.24f1, 2019.4.3f1, 2020.1.0b15, 2020.2.0a17
Note: The issue is not reproducible when using the Capsule Collider.
