[Cloth] Constraint sphere placement is not updated when object is scaled
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "ClothBug.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. In Hierarchy window, select "Plane" GameObject
3. In Inspector window, change its X or Z scale
4. In Cloth component, press the "Edit cloth constraints" button
6. Observe small constraint spheres' placement
Expected result: The constraint spheres' placement matches the current object scale
Actual result: The constraint spheres' placement does not match the current object scale
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a9, 2022.2.19f1, 2023.1.0b16, 2023.2.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.48f1, 2021.3.25f1, 2022.2.0a8
Note: Reopening / reloading the scene fixes the issue.
