[OSX] Closing Unity while A$ or Services tab is loading, crashes editor
To reproduce:
1. Open project
2. Open A$ or Services tab
3. Wait until A$ or Services will load
4. Close tab
5. Reopen the same tab
6. Quit editor while A$ or Services tab is still loading
Expected vs Actual: the editor should not crash
Reproduced: 2017.3.0b1, 2017.3.2f1, 2018.1.0b13, 2018.2.0a8
