Clicking Undo after deleting a scroll bar from the Scroll View doesn't reset all the UI graphics
1. Open a new project
2. Right mouse button in the Hierarchy > UI > Scroll View
3. Delete either the Scrollbar Horizontal or the Scrollbar Vertical game object
4. Undo
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a4, 2021.1.0b7, 2019.4.29f1, 2018.4.36f1
