Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open an upgraded HDRP project in Unity 2020.1.0a22
2. Wait for the project to import
3. Additively load all scenes from Assets > _Scenes > EngineeringLevel folder, and make sure Engineering Level - Root is set as the active scene
4. Click on any game object
5. Observe a crash
Notes:
- Regression introduced in 2020.1.0a15
- Observed in a customer project. We are unable to share it outside of the lighting team due to NDA
- Reproduced on a Windows machine
