Clicking and dragging on Troubleshooter links exposes underlying URL
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Troubleshooter
2. Click and drag on any of the clickable objects
3. Link underneath becomes visible
Expected result: If the user doesn't need to see this, maybe there's a way to stop it from happening
Actual result: Links for every small button or other clickable thing can be read.
Reproduced on 2017.2.0b1
Note: I realize this is basically found everywhere and it's definitely not a big deal, but just wanted to note that whatever underlying link there was, a user is able to see it.
