[Cinemachine] Lerping between 180 and -179 degrees with Cinemachine camera results in jagged movement
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "CinemachineTesting.zip" project
2. Open "SampleScene" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Wait for the GO to rotate a few times
Expected Result: Camera smoothly lerps between 180 and -179 degrees
Actual Result: Camera lerps jaggedly between 180 and -179 degrees
Reproduced with: 2019.3.0a7, 2019.2.0b8, 2019.1.8f1, 2018.4.3f1, 2017.4.29f1
