Child object destruction is delayed when setting the parent during the scene unloading
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “TestDetachAndDestroy.zip” project
2. Enter Play Mode and exit Play Mode or press the “L” key on the keyboard
3. Observe the Console window
Expected result: No error
Actual result: “Some objects were not cleaned up when closing the scene. (Did you spawn new GameObjects from OnDestroy?)” error appears
