CheckInternalConsistency throws error when SharedComponent is used as WithSharedComponentFilter(filter) in Entities.ForEach
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "dots.zip"
2. Open Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity
3. Enter Play Mode
Expected results: No errors in the Console window
Actual results: "AssertionException: Assertion failure. Value was False" error in the Console window
Reproducible with: 0.17.0-preview.42 (2020.3.30f1)
