Character Limit of Input Field is bypassed when using a custom TMP_InputValidator
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("1403543_repro.zip")
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Try entering more than 4 digits in the Input Field
Expected result: Character Limit is not bypassed, no more than 4 digits are allowed to be entered
Actual result: Character Limit is bypassed, more than 4 digits are allowed to be entered
Reproducible with: 2.1.4, 2.2.0-preview.3 (2019.4.37f1), 3.2.0-pre.3 (2020.3.32f1, 2021.2.17f1), 4.0.0-pre.1 (2022.1.0b13, 2022.2.0a8)
