Character falls through terrain
To reproduce:
1) Start attached project on scene island.
2) Character immediately falls through terrain.
NOTE: We're seeing this intermittently. Sometimes it doesn't happen in editor, but happens on a deployed device instead. We've tried it in several different projects that use terrain on BB10, Android, and in the Editor.
