Character controller transform.position cannot be changed when component is turned on by script
How to reproduce:
1. Open given Unity project
2. Enter play mode
3. Notice that Capsule is not returning to the starting position
Expected result: Capsule should return to transform.position = Vector3.zero
Actual result: Capusle still moves and don't return
Reproducible with: 5.6.4p6 2017.1.2p3, 2017.2.0f3, 2017.3.0f1, 2018.1.0a7
