Character controller disables movement when step offset >~1.85
Steps to repro:
1. Open the attached project and the scene
2. Press play. Make sure the character controller component's step offset is >1.85
3. Try to move with WASD. Character doesn't move. Error is shown:
CharacterController parameter are invalid.
