Changing width of LookDev window to lowest possible while HDRI panel is open throws errors
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Open LookDev window
3. Open HDRI View panel
4. Resize lookdev window horizontally to its lowest possible width
5. Notice errors in console
RenderTexture.Create failed: width & height must be larger than 0
UnityEngine.GUIUtility:ProcessEvent(Int32, IntPtr)
