Changing sample rate in animation window when linked with sequence editor, doesn't reset keyframe.
Changing the sample rate in the animation window when linked with the sequence editor, doesn't reset keyframe and the animation doesn't play completely.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open the attached project and select the cube in the hierarchy.
2. In the timeline, double click on the animation track.
3. Change the samples from 60 to 5 in the animation window.
4. Hit play in the animation/timeline.
Actual Result:
The animation doesn't play completely as the keyframe is not set correctly.
Expected Result:
The Keyframe should set correctly and complete animation should play.
