Changes to PhysicsManager settings are reverted to default upon entering Play mode
Steps to reproduce:
1.Create a new Unity project
2.Go to Edit->Project Settings->Physics
3.Enable some checkboxes
4.Enter Play mode
Expected results:
Changed settings are saved
Actual results:
Changed settings are reverted to default
