Change Searches sorting order dropdown menu is too wide when opening it in Saved Searches Panel
How to reproduce:
1. Open any project
2. In Hierarchy open in Search (Ctrl+K)
3. Open Saved Searches Panel (F3)
4. Click "Change Searches sorting order"
Expected Result: Small dropdown menu opens
Actual Result: Wide dropdown menu opens obstructing the view of other buttons
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a15, 2023.2.0a19
Not Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a14, 2023.1.0b18, 2022.2.21f1, 2021.3.26f1
Reproduced on: MacOS Monterey, Windows 11

Resolution Note:
Due to the state of the new Contextual Menus feature, we decided to revert to OS Menus in 2023.3. Hence, we are cancelling all 2023.2.X ports and recommend using 2023.3.0b1 or higher for more stable context menus. The feature will be reconsidered in future versions.
