Certain characters can't be typed in text fields when using extra Bashkir letters from extended cyrillic
How to reproduce:
1. Set keyboard layout to Bashkir
2. Create and open a new project
3. Select "Main Camera" from the Hierarchy window
4. Press f2 to rename it
5. Press ` key
Expected result: ә symbol appears
Actual result: ? symbol appears
Reproducible with: 2017.4.40f1, 2018.4.23f1, 2019.3.14f1, 2020.1.0b9, 2020.2.0a11
Notes:
-This also reproduces with 2 3 4 5 7 8 = \ keys which correspond to ө ҡ ғ ҫ ҙ һ ү ң respectively on a Bashkir keyboard layout
-To bypass this issue it is possible to copy and paste these symbols from a different text editor
-This also reproduces when renaming Assets in the Project window or typing text in UGUI Text Component
-Reproducible with TextMeshPro 3.0.0-preview.12
