[iOS] Overlay Canvas is not rendered if Overlay Camera's "Clear Depth" is turned off
How to reproduce:
1. Open project "ClearDepthTest.zip"
2. Go to the Build Setting and build for iOS
3. Deploy project to the device
4. Open the app and observe the view
Expected result: Two squares are visible
Actual result: Two squares are not visible
Reproducible with: 12.1.1 (2021.2.2f1), 12.1.4 (2021.2.13f1), 13.1.5 (2022.1.0b9), 14.0.0 (2022.2.0a5)
Not reproducible with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.36f1), 10.8.1 (2020.3.30f1), 12.1.0 (2021.2.0b16)
