Cant type or paste into the search field of the Package Manager
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Open Window > Package Manager
3. Try to type or paste into the search field
Expected result: It's possible to type into the search field
Actual result: It's not possible to type into the search field
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.26f1, 2021.2.8f1, 2022.1.0b4, 2022.2.0a2
