Can't remove filter when filter is using inline style in UI Builder
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project: IN-123705
2. In the Preview window open “MyUXML.uxml”
3. Select the “Broken” element in the Hierarchy on the left
4. In the inspector, scroll to find an option Filter and open it
5. Press the "-" button to remove it
Expected Result: The filter is removed
Actual Result: Nothing happens, the filter stays applied
Reproducible with: 6000.3.0a1, 6000.3.0f1, 6000.4.0a5, 6000.5.0a2
Could not test with: 6000.2.13f1, 6000.0.62f1 (Filtering feature unavailable)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Note: After step 4, pressing the button “+“ and adding any filter removes the broken filter and adds the new filter
