Can't navigate ScrollView when using XRUIInputModule and mouse scroll wheel
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Samples/XR Interaction Toolkit/3.0.1/Starter Assets/DemoScene.unity“ Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Try using the mouse scroll wheel to navigate the UI on the left
Expected result: The mouse scroll wheel navigates UI text up or down
Actual result: Using the mouse scroll wheel does nothing
Reproduced with: 2023.2.0a22, 6000.0.19f1
Not reproduced with: 2021.3.42f1, 2022.3.44f1, 2023.2.0a21
Reproducible on:
Play Mode
Windows Standalone Player
Testing environment: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
