Can't enter "Manual Activation" screen after already exiting from it to the main menu
Repro steps:
1. Disconnect from the internet
2. Launch Unity
3. Press "Manual Activation"
4. Press "Cancel"
5. Press "Manual "Activation"
Expected result: The launcher should allow me to enter the "Manual Activation" screen again
Actual result: The launcher doesn't direct me to the "Manual Activation" screen upon pressing the button

Note:
Doesn't happen on a mac, because of launcher differences
