Cannot render to a temporary texture in Unity 5.6.1
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open User's attached project
2. Open scene "Basic" and Play
Expected result: shadows are rotating with cubes.
Actual result: shadows are not rotating.
Reproduced with: 5.6.1p1, 5.6.1f1
Not reproduced with 2017.2.0a1, 2017.1.0b7, 5.6.0f3.
